Our Selection Process

How It Works
- Step 1: Read This Guide: Understand how Trovezaar works.
- Step 2: Agree to Terms: Review and accept our Vendor Terms & Conditions.
- Step 3: Register & Submit Products: Provide business details, upload documents, and submit your initial 5 unique products for review.
- Step 4: Awaiting Approval: We'll review your application and contact you within 48 hours.
- Step 5: Start Selling: Once approved, set up your store and list products!
Vendor Requirements
- GST-registered business required.
- Provide accurate business details & legal documents.
- Products should be rare, unique, or have special value
- Exclusivity required – Products should not be mass-produced or commonly found on other marketplaces.
Documents Required
You will need to upload:
- PAN Card – Mandatory for tax compliance.
- Aadhaar Card – Required for identity verification.
- GST Certificate – Required for all vendors.
Pricing & Commission Structure
Our platform offers transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Setup Fee: ₹10,000 (One-time)
Competitive Commission Rate & Transaction Fee:
- 5% Commission on Sales, plus 18% GST on the commission.
- 2% Transaction Fee (Razorpay PG), plus 18% GST on the transaction fee.
No hidden fees – You only pay a one-time setup fee and the outlined commission and transaction fees, including applicable GST.

- Includes two pages displaying 15 products each.

What’s Your Responsibility?
- Marketing & Promotion: Attract customers to your store by sharing your unique link.
- Shipping & Returns: Vendors are solely responsible for processing orders and handling customer returns.
Product Listing Policy
- We do not allow vendors selling food, medicine, alcohol, or restricted items.
- Minimum 5 rare/unique products must be submitted for review.
- Once approved, you can list up to 30 products initially.
- Additional product slots can be purchased later.
