By registering as a vendor on Trovezaar, you agree to the following:

1. Registration & Approval

• Submit valid business details and documents.
• Applications are subject to Trovezaar’s review.
• One-time setup fee: ₹10,000 (non-refundable, payable upon approval).

2. Product Listing & Standards

• Only rare, high-quality, or unique products allowed.
• BIS certification required wherever applicable.
• 30 products included in the base package.
• Additional slots available at ₹1500 per 30 products.
• Prohibited items: Food, medicine, alcohol, restricted/illegal goods.

3. Pricing & Fees

One-time setup fee of just ₹10,000 — no yearly charges. Get your own branded mini-store (up to 30 products, 2-page layout, and a dedicated web address) inside Trovezaar. Pay once, sell forever.

No hidden charges. The setup fee is a one-time payment, and you only pay the listed commission and transaction fees.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Vendors must process orders promptly.
• Shipping charges should be visible at checkout.
• Delays or failed deliveries may lead to penalties.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Vendors must honor the platform’s return policy.
• Refunds to be processed within agreed timelines.
• Frequent disputes may result in account suspension.

6. Payments & Settlements

• Payments are released twice monthly:
  • 15th (for sales completed up to 7 days earlier)
  • Last day of the month (same logic)
• Vendors can cross-verify via dashboard reports.
• Trovezaar may withhold payments for disputes or violations.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product descriptions.
• Avoid counterfeit/misleading products.
• Comply with Indian e-commerce and tax laws.

8. Account Suspension/Termination

Trovezaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Negative reviews/complaints
• Fraudulent activity

9. Amendments

• Terms may be updated as needed.
• Continued use = acceptance of changes.

10. Acceptance
