Vendor Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Trovezaar! By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Approval

  • All vendors must provide valid business details and legal documents.
  • Trovezaar reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor based on internal evaluation.
  • A one-time setup fee of ₹10,000 is required upon approval.

2. Product Listing & Quality Standards

  • Vendors must list only unique, high-quality, and rare products that meet our platform standards.
  • Wherever applicable, only products with BIS certification are allowed.
  • A maximum of 30 products can be listed under the standard registration package.
  • Additional product slots can be purchased separately.
  • Prohibited items: Food, medicine, alcohol, restricted or illegal goods.

3. Pricing & Commission

  • A flat 5% commission is charged on each successful sale.
  • Vendors have full control over their product pricing.
  • Discounts and promotional offers must be pre-approved by Trovezaar.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Vendors are responsible for timely order processing and shipping.
  • Shipping costs must be clearly mentioned to customers before checkout.
  • Delayed or failed deliveries may result in penalties or account suspension.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must honor return requests in accordance with the platform’s return policy.
  • Refunds should be processed within the agreed timeframe.
  • Frequent disputes or unapproved rejections of returns may lead to account review.

6. Payments & Settlements

  • Payments for your sales are processed twice a month, ensuring regular payouts.
  • Trovezaar reserves the right to withhold payments in case of policy violations or unresolved disputes.

Our Payment Cycle Explained:

  • 1st Payout (on the 15th of the month): Covers all sales processed and completed up to 7 days prior to the 15th of that month.
  • 2nd Payout (on the last day of the month): Covers all sales processed and completed up to 7 days prior to the last day of that month.

Verifying Your Payments:

Vendors can transparently cross-verify their processed sales and payment amounts:

  • Product Level: Check individual product transaction records within your vendor dashboard.
  • Summary Reports: Access detailed summary reports for each payment period.

7. Vendor Responsibilities & Compliance

  • Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions.
  • Misleading information, counterfeit items, or policy violations may lead to penalties or removal.
  • Compliance with Indian tax and e-commerce laws is mandatory.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Trovezaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:
    • Violating platform policies.
    • Receiving multiple complaints or negative feedback.
    • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Suspended vendors must clear any pending disputes before requesting reactivation.

9. Amendments & Updates

  • Trovezaar may modify these terms as needed. Vendors will be notified of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest terms.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and listing products on Trovezaar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
